Make a Public Records Request

Sacramento Public Library honors its obligation under law to provide access to the Library's public records while protecting individuals’ rights to privacy. You may submit a request for public records pertaining to Library related business by clicking the "make request" button on the right side of this page.

It is also the policy of the Library that, except for public records exempt from disclosure, a copy of reasonably-described identifiable records shall be made available with minimal delay to the requesting party. Read our complete Public Records Request policy.
